Happy Monday! I have quite a bit going on in my life right now, so blog posts and social media posts have been a bit sporadic. I’m hoping to be able to reveal some fun things for you soon. So in the meantime, here’s a little motivation on this Monday morning for you…
“Abundance: Life does not have to be perfect for you to be grateful.” -Tami Raegor
Gratitude is SO incredibly important. Expressing gratitude is of utmost importance…even if you just express it to yourself. It keeps you humble. And it reminds you that even when life seems to sideline you, you still have things to be grateful for. And you don’t have to wait until November to express it.
And if you have some time, here are some of my favorite posts on gratitude:
- Forbes’ “7 Scientifically Proven Benefits of Gratitude…”
- Lara Casey’s “Grateful November”
- Emily Ley’s “4 Easy Ways to Cultivate Gratitude”
- Nancy Ray’s “Grateful or Frustrated”
- The New York Times “Choose to be Grateful. It Will Make You Happier.”
For those of you planning your wedding or a wedding…who do you have to be thankful for? The photographer who went out of her way and sent you bonus images? The florist who searched high and low for your favorite shade of peony…and found it? Or was it your best friend who listened to you cry and scream about how frustrated you are in this planning process (by the way – email or call me if you are)? Tell them thank you.
